Where is this island after all?
Some families lived here in the 18th and 19th centuries. But in 1930, the families here left it in search of good life and livelihood and moved to the main areas of Iceland. After this, the island became deserted.

From this place, keep an eye on the number of fish. A large number of fish are found all around the island. On getting information from here, fishermen from the main city come to hunt here.
This house is a marine base of fishermen. A rainwater harvesting system is installed here. There is a complete arrangement for fishermen to stay in this house. To stay in this house, the Hunting Association, in turn, imposes fishermen's duty.
The island has been declared a Nature Reserve and Protected Area. Here, many species of sea birds also gather for breeding when the season comes. Many times sea creatures come to its shore and try to protect themselves.
People also go here to roam. Many tour companies also offer a tour of the island of Alia. Hundreds of tourists visit this place on big ships. There are snow-capped peaks all around the island of Iceland. Various types of rare creatures are seen in the sea here.
