13 people have died in Texas floods in the US. According to local administration, 20 children are missing.
Texas Lieutenant Governor Dan Patrik said, "Search and rescue operations have been intensified in the flood-affected areas. Helicopters and rescue teams are also participating in this."
According to him, the death toll may rise. The search for the missing is being hampered by water-logged roads.
The weather department has warned that the situation in western Texas could become more serious in the next few hours due to flooding.
