Trump urges Ukraine to be vigilant

US President Donald Trump has urged Ukraine to be vigilant about the upcoming attack. After speaking with Russian President Vladimir Putin, he urged Ukraine to be vigilant, saying that Russia could launch a major attack on Ukraine.

In his conversation with Trump, Putin said that he would respond to Ukraine's drone attack on a Russian airbase. Trump said about his phone call with Putin, "President Putin said very firmly that Russia will respond to the recent attack on the airbase."

Trump said that Russia could retaliate against Ukraine soon for the drone attack. Russian officials declined to confirm the conversation on Wednesday night. But he said that military options for a response were being discussed.

Trump wrote a post on the social media network Truth, stating that the phone call, which lasted more than an hour, was unlikely to bring peace between Russia and Ukraine immediately.
