The heart is one of the essential organs of the body. While the heart keeps the blood circulation in the body right, it also helps to keep the other organs healthy. But do you know how the heart works and when it relaxes? The heart is such a part of the body that works 24 hours and never rests. How does the heart work?


The heart means that the heart is in the middle of the circulatory system, which supplies the body with oxygen and other important nutrients necessary to sustain life. The heart has a double-pump feature that carries blood throughout the body and also brings it back.

When and where does heart disease begin?


The average heart beats between 60 and 80 times per minute, but it depends on a person's heart health and activity. The more physically healthy people are, the lower their heart rate will be and their blood pressure will not increase. There are many other things besides the fast heart rate, which can make the heart sick by affecting blood circulation.

To keep the heart healthy

  1. Smoking: Should quit. That is, quit every single substance from alcohol. This will keep the heart healthy for a long time.
  2. Lazy Lifestyle: Following a lazy life can lead to slow obesity, diabetes, and heart-related diseases.
  3. Salt: Excess can cause more harm to the body. Due to this, there is a fear of BP being high.
  4. Sugar: Whether it is salt or to take too much sugar, it is important that reduce the amount of both.
  5. Lack of sleep: Can make the whole body unbalanced. Just like if sleep less than 6 hours, it also increases the risk of heart-related diseases.
  6. Stress: Is the root of many diseases. Actually, when stress increases, it makes sleep, blood pressure and blood sugar imbalanced. So never take too much stress.

So, if you want to keep your heart fit, live an active life, eat healthy food, eat on the time, and exercise daily and meditate daily. To keep the heart healthy with all this, keep both the mind and the brain happy and fit.
