Does stomach ache after exercise?

0

By the way, body pain is a common practice after a workout. Especially when you have tried a new workout or increased the time to work out. But if this pain is happening in the stomach and is not cured for a long time, it is very important to know its reasons. Actually, when you exercise, your muscles need strength. They demand more energy. Whereas at that time the blood flow in your body is towards maximum legs. In this case, whatever you have eaten before a workout or after a workout, the gastrointestinal system has to be digested with less resources. This is often the reason why stomach pain or other problems start occurring after the workout. There may be some other reasons as well.

Muscle stiffening:-
If you are not warming up well or you are doing some more difficult exercise than your fitness level, some of your stomach muscles may get damaged. Hence, warm-up for a longer period of time and do not do an excessive amount of exercise to protect yourself from such painful conditions.

Temperature conditions:-
One reason for your body or stomach pain may be the AC or outside cold environment in your gym. If you work out in a cold place, then your blood circulation is not good. So your muscles get tired. So do workouts at a normal temperature.

What do you eat before workout:-
What you eat before you work out is also important. If you eat an empty stomach, then your stomach starts hurting. If you are preparing yourself for a marathon or a high intensity workout, take miles with good nutrition. Different nutrients take different amounts of time to digest. Whereas carbohydrates are digested and diets containing fiber, protein and fat take longer to digest.

Muscle aches:-
By the way, any muscle in the body can be sore during or after the workout. But some of the main reasons behind this can be dehydration, mineral deficiency and lack of oxygen in your body muscles. Do not overdo some abdominal exercises like crunches etc. and reduce their limits. Drink plenty of fluids during and after exercise.

Exercise immediately after meals:-
If you exercise immediately after eating something, then your stomach starts to ache. By doing this, your body gets confused. He leaves your digestive system and starts paying attention to your muscles. Therefore, it also swells your stomach. So do not exercise immediately after eating. For this, keep a gap of about 2 hours.

You are not drinking enough water:-
You will know that there is less water or fluid from your body in the form of sweat after a workout. But the symptoms of dehydration are not only that you are feeling thirsty, but you also get pain in your stomach. The color of your urin also changes. So drink more and more water and keep yourself hydrated.

Heart burn and reflex:-
Some intense workouts disturb the acidic flow of your body. This is common for those who are already experiencing a reflux. When the fluids inside your body get shaken due to exercise, you have problems like heart burn.

Note: If your abdominal pain lasts for several days, then you should go to the doctor and if you have stomach pain as well as fever or vomiting, bloating, etc. then you should see a professional. You should not ignore this type of problem.
