  • Get into the habit of badminton or dancing. Even by swimming, the body remains healthy and fit. These activities will not make the body feel weak and feel energetic.
  • Drinking lemonade also relieves fatigue and weakness. You will feel refreshed and energetic as soon as you drink it.
  • Try to do as much work as possible by not putting servants in the house. This increases physical activity and you will always be fit.
