Helicopter crash in India.

Five people have died in a helicopter crash in Rudraprayag, Uttarakhand, India.

The helicopter carrying passengers returning from visiting the Kedarnath temple crashed. Five people, including the pilot and a child, died in the accident, according to the daily Bhaskar.

According to Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, search and rescue teams have been deployed to the accident site.

According to Indian media, the helicopter crashed while it was heading towards Gaurikund after visiting the Kedarnath temple. It is believed that the helicopter crashed due to bad weather.

The helicopter that crashed belongs to Aryan Aviation Company. According to the Civil Aviation Office of Uttarakhand, there were passengers from Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Gujarat in the helicopter.
