What is the difference between running and jogging? Running is good for health. But many fitness freaks don't know that there is a lot of difference between running and jogging. The results of both are also different. Running is a physical activity that provides countless health benefits, as long as it is done properly and in good health.

What is jogging?

This means running slowly. That is to walk at a slow or stagnant pace. Therefore it is a high-impact exercise. However, it puts pressure on the joints, especially on the knees. Jogging exercise is very helpful in enhancing the capacity of aerobic resistance training and physical aptitude without any physical harm which is very intense exercise. It is perfect for recovery.

Jogging is recommended for those who want to do aerobic exercise with medium intensity and do not want to do intense exercise.

Jogging provides many health benefits at any age. However, it is important to consult your doctor before performing high impact physical activity or else risk may have to be incurred. In this case, there may be an injury to the lower limbs or cardiovascular diseases.
