There comes a time in the life of all of us, when we are fighting a war with ourselves. There is a lot going on inside, but they are not able to dare to say anything to anyone. At that time it feels as if everything is over. After a time, the person becomes so upset that in order to get out of his pain, he is forced to hurt or bite himself. Often, when a person does not vent his grief or anger on someone else, then he starts harming himself. If this ever happens to you too, then you have to understand that this is not the right way to deal with such situations.

If there is such a change in someone's behavior due to anger or misery that he is starting to hurt himself, then you should be careful. Many times a person does not get the right help at such a time, then he can also move towards suicide. Therefore, such a person should help immediately and talk to him. When a person injures himself intentionally, it is called self harm.

There are many other ways to injure oneself, including driving a car or bike at high speeds, excessive consumption of alcohol, use of drugs or unsafe sex. The person adopts every method of knowing which he knows.

No matter how big the pain is, but you are not going to benefit from hurting or cutting yourself. No matter how dirty, lonely, upset or feeling pressured, it is possible to solve every problem.

If you do not want to talk to yourself, you can take help of a professional. Contact a good therapist and talk to him or her heart. The therapist will help you in facing these problems.

Ask someone for help:-

If you have thoughts of harming yourself, then ask someone for help. Although it can be extremely difficult and risky to talk to anyone, it is important to talk. Talk to someone you trust and will not gossip with others. Talking makes the mind light and the thoughts of hurting oneself go away.
